Principal

               Celeste Shiffer 

Celeste Shiffer, North Ohio Elementary Principal, is a northern Michigan native with over 20 years in education.  She earned her Bachelor's degree from Spring Arbor University in 2001 and in 2005 earned her Master's degree from Michigan State University. She has taught kindergarten, fifth grade, and sixth grade.  Mrs. Shiffer has also been a literacy interventionist, behavior interventionist as well as an instructional coach and has been an elementary principal since 2020.  She loves to spend time with her family camping, traveling and doing anything sports-related.
